Created during my time at X10 Academy.
Materials for educational programs, events, marketing, and internal communications were being produced simultaneously.
We needed to build a design function that could consistently handle a high volume of work.
Design, motion, and Tilda development.
Education, marketing, events, and digital.
X10 Academy was growing rapidly. Following a change in the design team, we needed to maintain that momentum without compromising quality, while rebuilding the design function at the same time.
Presentations, landing pages, social media, print materials, motion design, and event visuals were all developed in parallel.
After the previous team left, we needed to build a new team while keeping ongoing projects on track.
Deliverables were often tied to launches and events, so deadlines directly affected other teams.
